The interviewing to onboarding process could be 45-60 days. If your skills are a good match for the job, our recruiters will email to invite you to complete Online Assessment #1. Online Assessment # 1 (Un-proctored)

Our operations and maintenance jobs require employees to have several skills and abilities to perform safely and effectively on the job. Our assessment will take approximately 45 minutes and combines various types of questions and exercises to give us a sense of how well your capabilities align to the job role. Some general characteristics measured are teamwork, initiative, safety orientation and mechanical comprehension.

Online Assessment # 2 (Proctored)

Maintenance candidates who have successfully passed Assessment #1 may be invited to participate in the Job Knowledge Test based on hiring demands. The recruiter may contact you via email to invite you to complete the proctored assessment. The assessment will take approximately 45-60 minutes.

Interview Process

Generally, there are two stages to our interview process: (1) a phone screen interview, If applicable to your position; and (2) an on-site or virtual panel interview.

If you’re the right fit for the job, a contingent offer may be extended and we’ll begin the background check and physical/drug screen.
