°, in 2014, U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company and other Altria tobacco companies provided a combined $21.4 million to support leading national and local non-profit organizations that serve middle school kids and their families. Success360° helps these organizations, including Communities in Schools

We’re committed to reducing our environmental impact and promoting the sustainability of natural resources on which we all depend. Water quality and conservation is important to our business and our communities. For example, to support USSTC’s operating communities, Altria supported organizations like the Cumberland River Compact
and Alliance for the Great Lakes
to reduce pollution from entering waterways by installing systems that capture and reduce runoff.
Altria “Contributing Together“ programs encourage employees to get involved in their communities and support non-profit organizations by donating, volunteering or serving on non-profit boards.
USSTC employees participated in multiple volunteer events including building toys, refurbishing bikes and filling backpacks for local youth-serving organizations. Additionally, our employees volunteer with their families and friends on weekends to support the communities through clean-ups and beautification projects, painting and landscaping at local schools.Altria Companies Employee Community Fund
(ACECF) is a workplace-giving program managed by employees, including many at USSTC. The fund is unique because it’s the only employee-giving program of its type that is publicly reported among all U.S. companies, according to Changing Our World. In 2014, the fund contributed $430,000 to 38 nonprofits in Illinois, Kentucky and Tennessee. Most of these contributions came from USSTC employees.
