Greg Ray serves as Vice President, Manufacturing, for U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company. He has held the position since June 2012. Greg currently oversees Smokeless Tobacco Processing and Manufacturing through company facilities in Nashville, Tenn.; Franklin Park, Ill.; and Hopkinsville, Ky.
Previously, Greg was Vice President, Quality and Compliance, for Altria Client Services and prior to that served as Vice President & General Manager for Altria Consumer Engagement Services. Greg joined Philip Morris USA in October 1989. He has held various positions in PM USA Manufacturing and RD&E, including Project Director, and served as Director of Plant Operations for Park 500, where he led the construction of an innovative Natural Treatment System to reduce nutrient levels in treated wastewater from tobacco processing.
He is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
